I am not a customer of this Bank. I am a freelance writer and columnist. I wa going through the reviews by various customers of many of the leading Banks.
I observe in the Mounthshut that there are 702 reviews about ICICI Bank. Almost all the reviews are negative. I have also compared the reviews of other Banks. Only ICICI Bank is having many negative reviews. This Bank claims to be the second largest Bank in India. Do they have any mechanism to review the customer grievances and respond to them.
Normally there are allegations against this Bank about the indifference to customer grievances. Probably, it is mainly due to the fact that inexperienced people handle large volume of business. Since, I want to write a column on this, I will be happy, if any of the ICICI Bank representatives respond to me in the Comments column about their procedure.
