Hi Guys, I have had bad experience with ICICI Credit card payment, I deposited a cheque of very 26000 rs in ATM drop box last month.Till now it is not updated in their system.The amount is already debited from my account.After trying hard to speak to customer care I raised issue, and gor troube ticket 10 days back still no update they do not know where money has gone.they are calling all the time asking for payment..
The most worst part of it is that they charge extra 100 rs for paymnet by cash.And their agent told me that 26000 is higher amount so why did you drop it in ATM..So it means ICICI is not a reliable bank at all.
Please please do not go for ICICI even in worst case.I will close down all my ICICI account and will never look them back in future.
