I just applied for A Gold privilige account from Mr. gautam, a sales reprensentative, C.P. Delhi. This silly reprensetatives to achieve their weekly targets, postpone to submit the form. My form and cheques were collected on 26th August and there is no inormation about account activation till (7 sept).
I lodged a complaint to customer care, its head and nodal officer. Still no go, The time taken by them just to open an account and that too an Gold account after so many complaints is fantastic. Even aftrer multiple complaint that sales agent will get away from this.
He told me that bank statements with address works as a address proof but it was not accepted by ICICI so later my account got closed. The sales agent knows nothing nothing expect fulfilling their targets. I went to main branch to open my accunt, Delhi (CP), met the manager (operations), she said bank do not have any information on any sales agent, please submit the documents to him, I submit all my address proofs to him this time, but even after 1 week there is no news about anything, This is the service of ICICI and that too for gold accounts.
