I am an ICICI Home Loan customer with floating rate of interest. I have tried to make part payment and the Bank said it is their policy that they will not take part payment if only few EMIs are left. Then I asked for fore closure the Loan and the Bank officer said fore closure and paying remaining EMIs is same. When I explained him the difference, he took fore closure request and asked me to come after a week. I brought this to the notice of Managing Director’s office and shocked when they shielded their officer and system and told me that minimum time required to prepare the statement is six Days. My friends, relatives and colleagues have several Home Loan Accounts with all types of Banks and we all find that ICICI Home Loans is the worst among all. Please do not make your life miserable by choosing ICICI Home Loans.
