I had my Corporate account with ICICI since last 2.5 years.
It was processing of My car Finance by ICICI where I was cheated BY ICICI. I wanted to purchase a car from Dhanbad a place in Jharkhand.I called up people in ICICI Noida sector 27 , and they send me a bank representative . I Put my point that I wanted a loan only on the condition that I should be able to purchase a Car From Dhanbad and that too before Diwali , since it was supposed to be a Diwali Gift to someone. ICICI Committed on that and started my processing. ICICI representative never used to turn up on committed time . Finally after taking all my document , They said that I should deposit an Advance Money To the Dealer and give them the receipt and Performa invoice. I did that and paid an advance money of Rs.65, 000 to the dealer for booking the car . Then they took the Post Dated cheques and all documents for final delivery of loan cheque .
and said that it will be send today , All verifications were done by them by that time and they said it’s ok now. Two days before Diwali one of their senior Employee call’s up and said they cannot finance the Car at Dhanbad , The reason was base less that hey cannot Track the carat Dhanbad. On Arguing that why they had committed and made me pay the advance money for booking the car he said that he was not informed about that whereas the same senior person Called up at My Home Town 3 Days Back and did the verification, A plain Case of Lying from Any senior person of ICICI .
I was into trouble by then since I had already deposited an Advance of 65, 000 as said by ICICI and now they said NO. Cancellation would have been difficult, since it was a gift and a commitment, My credibility was at Stake and I had trusted ICICI for That. I some how had to lend 1.4 lack from my friends and bought the car and made the event possible. It had never faced this type of Cheating and that too from any reputed Organization ever In my Life. It was a shock ,
Al Least I am Not going to Trust ICICI for any type of services Ever In my Life.
