I am using ICICI Bank account since 2017 and must say their service is very good, Its safe to use it. I am using mostly its internet banking service when I go elsewhere and do payment using it, so no need to carry its ATM also. One of the best thing that happen is, During this demonetisation, it helped me a lot in shopping and buying good with ease, I carry its ATM along, now even the cashback is also provided on petrol pumps on pay by ATM. I pay all of my bills using its ATM, many times other ATM’s don’t work well but with ICICI it never happens. Its customer service is okay. Phone banking is also good.
