I have a salary saving account in ICICI bank and have been using it for 8+ years now. During these 8 years I have experienced very good services and user experience while dealing with the bank. Majorily I have been using online services like net banking, funds transfer( NEFT/UPI), cheque book requests, address update etc. Its both browser based and mobile app is very user friendly and easy to use for eg you can update your address online w/o any hurdle, cheque book requests is placed within seconds. The bank service is also good and quick as comlare to other bank. Their executives are very professionals as observed during my visit to thier branch in GK branch. Overall I liked this bank and their services and not experienced any major issues with the bank and ATM etc.
