Well I had seen many poor reviews of the bank. And no doubt the management has to be blamed for it. They employ people on contract basis and just pay them Rs. 3000 for working minimum of 13 hrs while the Agencies get Rs.9000/-. They say that some of the amount has to be paid to the Higher Authorities. Infact I know a girl who is employed with the bank (at ICICI Tower Bandra Kurla Complex) for past 3years and imagine that she has no increment in pay. There are some 5 to 6 thousands employees working like this. Once these people get better opportunity they leave the company and hence poor service. I think that the bank should take concrete steps to avoid the same as they are working through the out source employes and one should take care of them as if they are now icici’s baby. Imagine the fate of the people who are getting 1/3 of the pay and no personal appreation and has to work like bonded slaves.
