I am writing this review with utmost frustration. My wife had availed the credit card facility from ICICI.After a few months time they gave her another credit card too.She used both for quite some time.
Now the concern is, she cleared the outstanding amount of one of the cards without any due.Also we are paying EMIs regularly on time for the PL we have availed which clearly shows that we are alive and will be making the payment.ICICI is acting as a local financier on the other card.
She is paying amounts on a regular basis, but the total amount due keeps on mounting and they are taking all the payments towards the interest, what a wonderful way to make money acting as a gunda sitting inside an a/c room..
We stopped making the payment a few months back and I had contacted them twice by mail asking them to send the detailed statement after exempting these unnecessary charges levied on the principal amount, so that I can pay it in one shot .To my surprise they didnt respond to any and now they have done another wonderful thing to prove that they are pucca LOCAL.They have linked her savings a/c to the credit card without her permission / any intimation and trying to drain all the money..
I would like to ask u all one question....
Why the hell are these people trying to run business under the shadow of RBI by doing gundaism like a 3rd rate financier who finances in the fish markets.....
I expect all of you to respond for this so that this wont happen to u ppl...
NB:I will put the full thread of my communication with the bank in the next review.I am not gonna leave the bank like this..... Let me c what I can do as a common man
