I want to open an investment account with them and send an email to let me know their products and services. They never cared to reply. I send a reminder after a week. No reply. Even after one month nothing happened.
Do their customer service read all the emails? I am not sure. Hey GM, what are you upto? Do you check how is your employees behaving to customers? If you want to survive as an International Bank, give international class service. We dont have to beg to you to open an account and keep our money. You will be benefitting more than us from our investments.
Thank God ... I did not put my hard earned money under their management.
I had invested in their stocks. After seeing their lousy service, I sold them too. I dont want to deal with them unless they improve their service. Looks like nobody care about the customer service just like SBI.
Come on Guys.... world is changing... There are other banks competing for our business.
My advice to everybody is DO NOT DEAL WITH ICIC.
