I transferred my funds to India on 30/01/14 & funds hit to my account on 03/02/2014. I must say transfer was prompt with the exchange rate going on the transfer date.
What they must try to improve is -:
1) Website is so bad or ill maintained that any time you get logged out automatically. I think may be load on website is much more than its capacity.
2) Dynamic fund receiving information needs to be incorporated. Once you transfer to ICICI bank UK branch. You don’t get a clue whether the funds has atleast reached to UK Branch or not. They must acknowledge once the funds reach to ICICI bank UK branch.
Overall experience was good but please improve the website.
