It is true that the customer service in the bank branches is not too good (but still better than most public sector banks). However if your banking needs can be met by internet banking it is one of the best. If you need to do things at the branch it is not that good.
The main nuisance is the offers for personal loans, credit cards etc by their telemarketers. However the "do not call registry" should take care of that.
Plus point: you are given ATM card and cheque book right away. If you need a fresh one you can order on the internet and get it in a short time. In fact, you can probably manage to avoid visiting the bank branch completely once your account is opened.
ATMs are generally working. This bank and UTI bank have the most ATMs in cities.
Phone banking is quite bad as there are too many different numbers to contact for different issues.
Still, I would say it is a better banking experience than most PSU banks.
