Having eperience dealing with ICICI bank for more than 4 years what I came to know was that it has never gone bad in services.To go bad means it should have been good at some point of time.When was the services of ICICI good.(I dont remember even one case where my transaction with ICICI have gone smoothly).I will shell u out some of my experiences.
First I started with a personal loan from ICICI .I prepaid the loan paying the extra amount that they demanded.Still they deducted one more EMI from my account.Though that EMI was just 3500+ to get back that amount I had to wait atleast 3 months travel all the way from Pune to ICICI saabs who sits in Mahalakshmi (Mumbai) just for them to see me and say that will be couriered.??Not even a sign was required from me there.Just they wanted to see me.
Second experience was when I had to get back a Rs.750 that I payed for opening an On line trading account.ICICI’s sirs made me pool out atleast 1500 to get back that money after 5 months.This happened with the Borivli west branch of ICICI.
Now the latest is when I had two cheques deposited to my ICICI from 2 different banks with everything remaining same.One went through smoothly.Money of the other cheque is still to come to my account.ICICI claims that the cheque is in their SAFE CUSTODY for lack of name (but account number was there).
But when I took the statement from the other bank it clearly mentions that the cheque is cleared on the same day as the other cheque to my account itself. But SARDARS of icici have not come to know of that neither are they ready to accept that the cheque is not with them.
So I am planning to drag ICICI to court for this once I get relieved of my work load.I now want the cheque that ICICI claims to be having their SAFE CUSTODY and not money.
