I am sharing my views on icici bank.
I am having an account in icici bank since last 12 years I will rate this bank at the best bank in these 12 years . I have never had any complaint against them .
Customer service is very good on phone as well as in branch . this is the bank in which everyone including your branch manager try to help you out not like an SBI or any Govt bank.
The facilities provided by icici bank are incredible you name it you will get it . now they have started live chating on online banking which is very gud .you dont have to visit branch for every basic facility like ATM replacement or Cheque book request .
If you have any complaint against bank you write to customer care you will get prompt reply. Last words the most transparent bank I have ever used . no hidden fees or charges. But for those who dont know the rules this bank will be a curse as if you use facilites you have to pay something
