I have been using internet banking provided by ICICI from last 8 years. I have also used other back internet services but I always compared it with ICICI as they have made it standard for me to compare. I like it sure to following points.
Ease of use - interface provided by them is so easy that even a novice can use it easily. It has best UI and very simple to use.
Security - they provide high class security sure to which your online banking experience is very smooth and you can use it without any worry.
New features addition - they keep on adding their services and make it easy for costumer to use them. They have launched icici pockets recently.
I haven’t gone to their branch since long time as everything is easily available to me within a click such as passwords rest, tracking cheque, money transfer etc.
