ICICI bank does lot of policy changes for the functioning of the bank. It is outrageous, to me, as to may be to some other people too, to know that the internet banking has been shut by the bank. Further, if there is a lien on the account, by their credit card, then they dont send the hard copy of the credit card statement. Further, they are not responded enough to give a call regarding the credit card payment. I had a lien of rs. 26, 000 on the account. I have paid 11, 000 now.
After the lien has been put on the account, still the credit card (ICICI) is putting the interest on the amount. and recalculating the sum and sending me emails.
I had problem with the Prudential too, because of the policy changes made by them, that the partial withdrawal cannot be made during the first 3-5 yrs.
No suggestions to the bank for any changes.
