In covid 19 situation they do not have enough staff for given customer service but they have enough staff available for activate services.
Customer contact no. not connected if connected after filling all details it disconnect by saying they have long ques, they dont know lang ques before asking all details card no. pin etc.
3rd class service provider. I have mailed sevral times for dicontinued my accidently activated service. they charged me 999 for activate service
(payback) service.
all option available for activate service not for deactivate service.
