Dear All,


Somebody having small .. small .... service related query / complaints against icici bank. I m also one of the customer of ICICI Bank for the last 4 years and I m also having sb account with nationalised banks too. Truly speaking, we are all facing service problems with all the banks. But as for as ICICI Bank, our expectation level is high. We are expecting ’’Zero Percent’’ service problem with ICICI Bank. But if you go with the same complaint with any other bank, naturally your expectation level is low.


Since I’m having Close Contact with the branch staff, I can able to smell their changes in providing customer services. They are the one of the few indian banks to introduces six sigma and Five S Quality Programme.


In a small city, they have given lot of employment opportunity to young people. At least 10000 people in city like bangalore or Hydrabad. We have to really apprise this initiative.


I m using their internet banking, its really giving lot of convenience in my personal life. Till now, I have never faced any kind of service problem in this channel. Boss, I’m using the same kind of internet banking with the nationalised bank as well as citi bank. I can able to differentiate their service and charges. My experience with the Multinational bank is horible.


ATM : Oh !!! Its close my office as well as house. Even one atm is not working due to connectivity problem or shortage of currency, I can very well have alternative choice to withdraw the money from near by atm, with the distance of 0.5 Km. But in case of nationalised bank, the experience is entirely different. You have to wait for next day only for drawing cash.


Lot more to say ......... But I felt that ICICI bank also doing some error. But not deleberatly. Put your bad experience with proper channel. Think India’s Big bank, having 1 Lacs employees with 10000 branches ; ICICI Bank having 600 branches with 8000 employees. But they are trying to become into No : 1 Player in India. Improvement of customer service, definitely they will become no : 1 with a span of 3 years.
