Hai companions, I would like to share my experience with you.I opened a saving account and deposited 15000 rupees in it.2 months later, some amount has been deducted from my account without any transaction done by me. I get confused.and I call them for a query.one customer care guy listen my query partly and keep on hold for few hours and cut by him.then again I call, the circle continues repeatedly.often, I get disappointment and cut the line.each time.it’s a new person answering my call with different answer.Most of the time, I face these problem.Their customer service is too bad. Atlast, i closed my account.so guys please be careful.I request you to close your account soon.
