Hello friends today I am going to share my personal experience with the famous Bank of India called ICICI Bank. Last month I opened a Saving account in this bank. I had very bad experience with ICICI Bank. Staff is very poor and they don’t even know that how to talk with customers. Actually the account which I opened is money consuming I still haven’t understood their terms and conditions. ATM availability is very bad whenever I go to ATM sometime there is no cash available and sometimes the ATM machine doesn’t work properly. There are very different rule. Mobile banking is very poor and doesn’t work properly on the other hand internet banking is very slow of this bank. Policy is rubbish of this bank.
Bank employees are very irresponsible. U had very bad experience with ICICI. Customer service is totally worst.
