This bank is just a bloody cheater. The entire system appears to be druggist.
Here is why? I’m saying so??
I applied for new INSTA SAVE FD account on 20th March 2020, after all the process completion and my payment deduction ( Thank you for using your Kotak Debit Cardfor Rs10, 000.00 at EAZYPAY ICICI BANK LTD on 20-03-2020.), I didn’t get any confirmation after the payment made.
Note: I hadn’t refreshed the page while making payment.
No double click.
No forward no backward.
Worst ever customer support experience.

And it’s 9 days passed now, they haven’t approached me back or messaged or mailed back, I’m still waiting for my account to start. After paying amount and all the process, this hell like response system they have. It’s nothing but clear case of FRAUD. So, please never this bank.
