I was using ICICI Bank Last one year . I was surprisingly debited 28.50 INR 7 times . When I was trying to connect with customer care they even can’t listen what we are trying to say . They just telling the same answer .

Worst customer handling & they are not at all caring their customers .
All other services like online Aadhar Update & others are just okay .
