I have mouthful for this Bank but I would restrain myself in this write-up.
HUM HAIN NA!!! - Would always remind of the service rendered to me.
They offered me at rate very competitive in the month of Jan ’06, when it came to getting the Sanction letter the Interest Rate had climbed by 0.25%. After getting the Sanction letter and was about to go for Disbursal the interest now has again increased by 0.25%.
The answer they give, we are still giving at competitive rate - when I enquired at Canara Bank I got at 0.5% less that too without Processing fee.
When I demanded for my processing fee back of 5510/- I was told that can’t be refunded.
They told we will give the sanction letter within a week, but it took them entire month to give me a sanction letter.
They told they required only 3 documents, but when it all ended, they had taken away almost 8-10 documents including 3 years back IT returns.
My recommendation, even though we may suffer little bit at PSU BANKS, but I would still trust them. Never will I go for ICICI Bank for anything.
