Hello Everyone, I am Abhishek Dhyani and today I am gonna share my experience with ICICI Bank.
In past few days, ICICI Bank keep sending me fraud SMS. Notably, I don’t own any service from ICICI Bank but still they are sending me unwanted and unexpected credit card related SMSes. I have also attached one of the messages’s screenshot.
I have also tried to contact to ICICI Bank through their customer case number but the biggest joke that I got is - If you are not ICICI Bank customer then you can’t talk to their customer support executive. Even government banks has their telephonic customer support wing for non-customers.
I really didn’t expect such a support from a bank like ICICI.
Now I have sent then mail in this regard and let me see how and when they respond.
