Worst customer service.

I have taken home loan from ICICI bank in 2010. At that time I chased them for so long but they did not activate ECS mandate for my account, & every time I was forced to make payment through cheques.


Once one of their executive told me to open account in bank so that auto debit can be activated.


I have opened account from last 3 months, after opening of account that executive suddenly stopped picking up my calls, & did not informed me procedure for how to activate the auto debit facility.


I registered complaint with the bank regarding the same, then some other executive from that branch contacted me & said you need to sign one form and give us 3 cheques for activation.


I provided the same, then they said we want cancelled 3 cheques, I gave it to them. Then they said, we dont want cancelled cheques, give 3 normal cheques gain. After exchanging cheques for 2 months, they finally started processing it.


Then they said your name is not matching, as after marriage it has been changed so it cannot be processed. This thing I have already informed to them while opening of account & provided them with my marriage certificate & all things.


Meanwhile one more executive from their Mumbai office is also calling me everyday & saying provide us your bank statement & sign on forms which I will send you, you auto debit will be activated.


Their all executives are saying different stories & outcome is that simple auto debit is not getting activated.


Worst customer service ever.
