Pathetic Service from ICICIDirect through EasyMail

Recently I found two stocks have been added to my demat account.


It could be due to some stock split or something, which I don’t know.  So, I sent an email through EasyMail to ICICIDirect for more details about these stocks. I was shocked to hear from there that they have no clue and they have no transaction records for these stocks.


Inspite of escalating this to COO and HeadEuqity, nothing has happened. I have also started feeling that most of them don’t understand English.


One has to write emails couple of times and still you would get an answer which would in no way connected with your query.
