So far my knowledge, ICICI bank is excellent in dealing customer.Regarding identity proof, it is now statutory for opening of account in almost all bank in our country. ICICI bank initiated online banking, online share trading Mobile banking for customer.I think , it is the ICICI Bank who has taught banking and other commercial sector regarding online payment and other work online.
ICICI bank deals customer in very advance way.Today easy payment system by seating home is possible through online and obviously started by ICICI bank.People playing share trading by sitting home is the outcome of ICICI Bank.Getting Railway and air ticket online by sitting home is also outcome of ICICI Bank effects.
Therefore, ICICI Bank is excellent, so far my knowledge concern.

Further, my experiences with ICICI Bank since 2005:-
S/B Account with demat account opened by staying home, obviously I had produced relevant documents as required at Durgapur Branch in 2005. Whenever, visited branch, desk officials had co-operated in friendly way to short out any problems related to accounts. Whenever required, they have changed my residential correspondence address smoothly, but I had to submit relevant documents as required. Several fund transfer had been made for my son who was studying far away.smoothly.
After my transfer from old station to new one, they had changed correspondence address smoothly, but for this relevant documents had to produce. We had our two set of saving cum demat accounts, on request they had closed one without any serious queries with transferring of security from that account to other smoothly.
Till now we have faced nothing from the bank.
’One thing is to remember, first to keep our self right to fulfil the requirement of any institution for getting any work satisfactorily’
