It takes nearly one month to process a Home Loan @ ICICI. The ICICI franchisee, ALAY, Vashi Plaza, Navi Mumbai is the one with whom I had a very very bad experience. The commitments made are never fulfilled. When I had talked to the ICICI bank employees, they said that the check is on the way but it never arrived on time. Not only that, they make very silly excuses like trains are late, it is raining and the courier boy went home with the check. I think this is not professionalism and business doesn’t run in this manner. I would suggest ICICI to do some fishing instead of continuing this business or should appointed some serious and responsible staff.
