Service Improvement Needed

I’ve been an corporate account holder of icici bank since the past one year. I’ve been dissappointed with their service right from the begining.


Their andheri branch does’nt have a simple token system. I can’t get the idea behind this. I had to encash a bearer cheque for which I had to stand in loong queue. I was amazed at this system. All the other simple nationalised banks hv the token system..where u can sit peacefully till your turn comes.


Once I needed my statement for the past 3 months. The phone banking representative informed me that it will take at least 3 days. I told her that I needed it uregently and that I cud come to the bank to collect it.. but still she kept telling me that anyways it will take 3 days. I was totally pissed off with that.


A lot of times the phone banking executives are not well informed themselves. they give the wrong information.


One of my fellow colleage.. also a corporate acc. holder of the bank..had a problem with the atm card that they had sent her. It was their mistake.. But still she had to follow up with them for a month to get a new card.


They really very badly need to improve on their service.
