The "Email Us" page on icicibank.com site is so brilliantly programmed that it does not accept a legal account number. I had to contact the bank about my personal loan EMI, so that they can re-execute the EMI. But the page is so brainy that no matter what you enter your personal loan account number, or icici bank account number it just won’t submit . So ICICI bank has eventually put up that page just for show or some mandatory requirement, they do not want customers to email them if customers face any problems.
If this review is really read by any ICICI bank officer I want to tell them that please hire some programmers with atleast normal brains so they can make atleast normal systems which work.
Since I am not in town I also cannot contact thier customer center by phone, so only option I had was email. And it works so brilliantly! Really Tech savvy(shameless) ICICI bank
