I have current account in rohini branch. Since we are a startup so our transactions are not large and we just keep on using the machine for deposits and withdrawls. Till this everything was fine.
Once their cash deposit was not working, on that I got to know about their human based services and it took three visits to deposit cash because there was no work timing details in that branch except one that is bank serves for 8 to 8.

My netbanking was bloked because someone attempted to enter into it. It seems good for customer account security. I visited bank for more than a week just to get this activated reason being the concerned person was not his seat and bank manager and complaint section has nothing to do with so called priviledge banking customer.
