I had some bad experience with this fraud bank,
I have my salary account with this bank with multicity check facility from july 2006 earlier it was with standard chartered.
I got everything so fast userid, password, atm, pin everything require for banking I can say hand to hand.
One year everything was fine I traveled 4 to 5 state within India used ATM and Check. Good banking.
But after one and half year I found some rupees deducted two three times for multicity usage charge
one deduction in one month.
I contacted to customer care by calling They replied This is charged only for using ATM in different cities.
I have told them earlier it was not deducted why?
They said by mistake it was not deducted
If I use ATM card in other city there will be charge.
You can’t believe it ICICI has charged the remaining amount in my account at the last of month.
so first month it was below 100
second month it was around 200
and 3rd month 13 or something near to
I have started doing Transfer all my salary to another bank’s account(standard chartered or SBI) from this bank called ICICI
Everything is ok
But This ICICI bank is no. 1 in fraud bank.
