It is usually presumed that educated young people are more efficient and curteous.The staff of ICICI bank prove that this is a myth. I had some real bad experience with the bank for some time but after a few visits and threats and complaints I a receiving a real good service from them. Arrogance should be met with arrogance and indecent behaviour with the same type towards them. It is a pity that such educated and highly paid people behave in such a manner unless the bank starts throwing out some of its employees I dont think they will learn to behave properly A cashier in the bank once refused to give me the amount I required in 500 rupee notes because he said that time to count all the note bundles while closing for the day and insisted that I should take all the amount (250, 000)in either 100 or 50 rupee denomination notes. It took some heated exchanges, intervention by the manager and a threat of a phone call to the CEO’s office to get the denomination I wanted . Of course a complaint to the NRI cell produced a cock and bull story and some ridiculous answer. God save us and our country
