Despite having a special banking service for which I’ve to keep a high balance.Even after waiting for 2 months my ATMs and PIN’s didn’t arrive I faxed some requests many a times, but to no awail. I had to go into the branch and shout. Anyways, I deposited a cheque on another city and it wasn’t credited for 3-4 months. Their telephone service is just a waste of time. I charged my mobile card on one of their ATM’s. It was supposed to give me a code, but it didn’t give me anything. It’s been 3 months and nothings has been done about it yet. I wonder if this is the service for private banking customers, what will happen to other customers? Not even a single problem has been solved by calling their customer care centers. I wish they were better. They only good thing is their ATM network.
