This is to everybody looking at ICICI Home loans and those managers hiding behind a cavalry of unprofessional and worthless representatives.
So much for my disgust and dismay, a day of discussion has’nt yielded to either happiness nor a solution when I talk to their representatives when I am in the middle of my disbursement. Why ? B’se they are too busy to hear you (irrelevant talk with no proximity), lack jest to clarify to themselves and customers, lack brains to solve your problems (just take and go attitude-retail buying), lack of information about anything (except look at paper and ’’go see him’’) and no service attitude.
They don’t treat their customers like in business. They have no reasoning, aptitude to figure out what they could be missing or see a customers’ point.
They have no idea what are the %’ge of disbursement is under policy. No two people say the same thing in any office.
The scene is a pathetic group of people and its hard to figure why do you still bank with them.
ICICI, if you are reading this, its time you lost your customers !
