Even though they call it largest bank in India, may not be as big as SBI, but still I can accept that ICICI is one of the big bank in India.
This means lot of customers and their feedback, I am one of them. I cant say its the worst bank but they are not good either. I think their staff for customer server is need to improve in thier way of hanelling customers. We Indian are emotional so in India customer service is more than just a service or just the answers. it required emotional touch.
When ever I called for any support not at phone banking but at the branch, person at other side was not very happy to answer, it was like I am asking very foolish question, even I asked they should poliatly answer and not rudely.
But over all by system wise its ok ATMs are across the city. (Spl in mumbai). Internet banking is also good.
I wish to see more better service with no cost extra, hahahahahaha....
