With reference to the mail stated below, this is to bring into your notice that 29th Sep has been now counted as past and I am still waiting for the response. In the meanwhile I have received a call from ICICI Bank Personal Loan manager “Mr. Gurnaam”. He was not at all helpful to me and was very rude on call (Stating return the loan amount and we will close the personal loan of yours which I can’t). I will soon send you a recording of all calls which will reveal the real meaning of “At ICICI Bank, we believe in providing the best of services to our customers. Our services model helps us resolve your concerns to your satisfaction”. I am totally fed-up. I have understood now that there is no use of escalating this matter to any one in ICICI.
One more thing to quote “Your executive has demanded 10, 000 rs from me at the time of issuance of personal loan”. Many more things to highlight which you all will see in media and Press. Also, now we will talk in Consumer court with all my evidence and recordings. Be preparing. I have filed cases of mental harassment and forgery under Section “498A, 504, 609, 749, 420 and 470. Now, no more mail-mail and no more talk. And close the ECS from your end right now. Till the time case will be pending there should not be any deduction from my account.

The first mail which I had escalated to ICICI senior person

Details of complaint: Hi,
This is to inform ICICI Bank that I am not at agree to pay the EMI against my personal Loan (LPDEL00013922723). Reason behind is as follows-
1> **The False commitment from one of the executive "Manish Kumar" fron Personal Loan Department. Regarding I had already lodged the compalain.
2> **I was suppose to pay 10-15% reducing EMI on my loan amount whereas I have been charged 27%.
3> I had strictly mentioned that I will pay the amount on or after 8th day of every month as my salary got credited only on 7th night of every month and I received the EMI scheduled for 5th of every month.*
4> Despite of several follow-up and loosing my patience & my money I and my complain are on same page where it was.
Hence, first confirm me the status of my complain and take me in loop with each and every updates. And untill and unless I will not get satisfactory notes from your side dont dare to deduct the amount from my A/C. My next mail will be to the consumer forum and as many of my colleague had extractyed personal loan and have been committed the same thing hence I can make this as a big issue.

The gist is:
A mother F...CK R BANK with Mother F...CK R Executives. Its only two month I have the loan with me. Despite of several documented mail I am getting my ECS deducted every month and the commitment of BANK is as it is as it was.
whether any friend is there who can help me out in getting out of this. Please!
