This bank has been over rated by its nice advertisements and good service in the start, but as its becoming a bigger brand, its losing all its qualities. The phone banking execs talk to u so rudely and in a cold tone, as if you are talking to a machine. They would not listen to your problem, rather keep on giving solutions which they think are right, even if its not about your problem. The way they talk, you just feel like banging the phone, but have no options so need to bear them.
The bank should teach its execs to talk politely and emphathize with the clients. The bank has made certain rules, which cant be changed in any manner, and if the bank execs make mistakes, the customer has to suffer because there is no way things can be changed before a stipulated time. If you are not satisfied by the executives, there is no higher official you can talk to, something which is really important. There are times, the executives cant answer all your questions and you need to escalate your issue, you cant do so. You have to go to the bank, if for every other issue, we have to visit the bank, why is the phone exec there, to guide us to the bank?
