Hey guys, today I am gonna share my experience about the ICICI BANK. I had a account before 3 to 4 years ago but my account is inactive now. There are so many reson to not open account in this bank specially if you are a student or you can not afford to much charges that bank will do.
Its a worst bank I have deal in my life I can say, coz their employees don’t care about people’s problem they just want to get the salary. They dont talk to customers gently, I have that experienced about the staff of ICICI bank how they talked to me. They dont listen about the problems if customers have regarding the bank or money, loan etc, .
They charged many fees and taxes to use my savings account with internet and mobile banking, even using a debit card for shopping they charged me money for several reasons that I dont understand.
I suggest you that if you are a student then dont open the account in this bank , coz you can not use your money if you deposited in the bank at the right time whenever you need it. You will be stuck in it.
Firstly before open my account in this bank I thought it was a popular bank so service will be superb and fast but that was my mistake, the service of this bank is slow, even for little things they take two business days thats a big question why? .
