I am Soma Mukherjee residing in Kolkata.
2009 I had taken a loan from ICICI Bank and I settled down it on 2012.
All on a sudden 28th Nov I got a call from ICICI that I have not paid my amount. Her name is Meenakshi.
I have repeatedly told her that my full amount is settled and if it is not so why did they not contact me before. She did not answer, moreover, she has given me the loan number that was also wrong.
My question is what do they want to prove by that?? They have lost their business by 17%. If the practice is the same they will soon be facing more loss.
Please don’t harass the customer.
