Prefer to rename the bank to Charges Bank. The charges are sooo high in compare to other banks that you cant even compare them.
I used them to Wire transfer, for inward wire, where most banks gives it FREE now, they charge 610 Rs. , for outward, where most banks gives in 700 - 800 Rs., they charged 2300 INR.
Where you will compare ? when ask there managers and call center people for such high charges, they saying yes they will look for it, and then disappears for days. When you call again, then they will say it is old now nothing can be done.
Good policy. Prefer nationalist banks, at least they don’t overcharge like ICICI. If you say about work culture, this is created a foolish hype by ICICI bank that gov. banks dont give you support. In my personal view, I seen gov. banks giving 10 time more support then banks like ICICI, and in any case, now most things are online in gov. banks also then where you need support from local branch? for ICICI I will say only VERY VERY BAD BANK.
