I opened an account in 2007, but fortunately I activated internet banking, so I completed all the transactions through netbanking only. But on 12th Dec I received a cheque of 100$ from San-diago. Only to deposit this cheque I asked help the customer desk (very first time I used customer service desk persons help).
Even that person did not know how to proceed the cheque, he asked me to wait for few mins, And I waited to get the information for really 2 HOURS.
At last I just asked him to return my cheque with full of tension. And then a customer who was sitting in that bank he guided to get a $deposition form. Even the bank people dont know how to guide the customers.. So I escalated this to the manager of that branch, Please believe the manager didnot aware of the charges.. Shameless guys..!!
