I opened my bank account with ICICI about 2 years ago. It has not been very great experience for me. It does not give any good services there are many disappointments I have felt. When I opted for my credit card it took many days to reach me even after I have been promised to get it sooner. Whenever there is any amount credited to my account I do not get any sms updates.
My relative also who have acc in ICICI are not very satisfied with the bank. It serves the common purpose of a bank but I have faced a lot of problems. Also the iMobile app is not very user friendly. I hope everything is resolved.
