This bank can do anything with your account, even if you tell them not to mess around with it. Very unfortunately, many corporates deal with this bank and so we have no option but to deal with them. I’ve had problems in all areas where this bank is concerned - credit cards, renewing my debit card, getting a check book, etc.
They have even credited my account for no reason and when you have to speak to them over the phone, have the patience to wait for at least an hour and then be prepared to get customer service exec., who know nothing and can’t help you. And when you ask for the TL or manager, they are either on a break or off. This is not all. I don’t know how Big actors can be ambassadors of a bank like this. I don’t think they deal with the bank either, or else they would know.
