I mistyped my password three times and my user id got disabled. I never thought it to be the biggest mistake I was wrong. I contacted the customer service. They asked me to send me an email. I sent an email to them.
Now they say my date of birth is not updated in the system. Every time I make a call to customer service they used to verify my date of birth. When I question them about it there is no answer. I replied to them saying that my date of birth is available in the passport copy which I had given to them 7yrs back when I opened the account.
Today I get an email saying my passport has expired and they need my latest passport to update my date of birth. Isnt this ridiculous? Will my date of birth change just because the passport expired. It is already 6days and i see no sign of getting the password.
