Has anyone heard or come across a trouble free process by ICICI in settlement of insurance claims.particularly in case of calamities.
Is their claim settlement process simple or is it too cumbersome which would prompt us to avoid going to ICICI Insurance.
Both the ICICI Prudential and ICICI Lombard seem to have a range of schemes up their sleeve.but not too sure as to how well do they treat their customer once you become their customer.
I see their customers are very friendly when they discuss the plans but I am not too sure if they will be around to help you when in times of need. However this does not seem to be the case with LIC.
Though LIC has a higher premium even for a Term Policy(Anmol Jeevan) compared to the Life Shield policy from ICICI.the settlement terms may be far simple with them.
I would like to get the readers view points or experiences on having heard of ICICI settling the claims(mainly insurance claims) without issues. I have read a lot on this site about how ICICI is unresponsive when it comes to the matter of even renewing a policy. That too if it is a Term Insurance they will be least bothered as the agents do not get a substantial commission on such policies
