If you are an owner of ICICI credit card, this is for you. ICICI Bank indulges in unfair and illegal practices with its credit card customers. In case you receive a wrong bill or there is a dispute and you do not pay the amount, they simply deduct money from your Savings Account with the bank without your consent and informing you !!! They make no effort to rectify the mistake or to settle the dispute and simply steal the hard-earned money from their customers. You would be left wondering where your money went as they will not show an entry in your bank statement. The money will simply disappear.
And when you try to ask them how they can do this, they have no answers. The branch where you have account will tell you they cannot do anything about this. Imagine the branch where you put your money tells you they didn’t do this and they do not have any authority to get your money back. You are at the mercy of their credit card people, the Almighty Gods, who have decided to take away the amount they deemed was correct.
These guys are sophisticated thieves. Please stay away from this bank and its credit card products!!!
