Hi everyone,
Today I am going to tell about the amazing banking service provider ICICI Bank .I think this bank is top as other banking service provider.I opened my saving account in this bank on Aug 2016 and I got ATM, Check Book as well as Pass Book as well.I am also using online internet banking .There is customer support is available whenever you required, you can ask anything from that .The customer support is very good as other bank because I have also account in SBI Bank but ICICI is better. Apart from that one day I went to Bank for check deposit and I wanted to ask some question from Bank inquiry staff but he was busy and was saying wait for a minute and I was waiting for 30 min then again I told to then please solve my query and he was busy with someone then instantly the Branch Manager came to me and ask how may I help you sir then I asked the question and he took my check and deposit and signed all the document himself .I think that is the customer service and satisfaction and respect .Then I thought opened the account in right bank because customer satisfaction is first priority then other comes.
So, that is why I refer this Bank to other.
