My account number 003601512557 was hacked with a fraudulent transaction on my debit card for Rs.18, 919. For its poor security, ICICI is blaming its customers and refusing to refund the money.
Don’t bank with ICICI if you want your money to be safe. They will first allow money to be swindled and will blame you for the loss.ULTA CHOR KOTWAL KO DANTE. no amount of complaints or escalations helped.reply with a standard response ’customer is responsible for the safe custody of its debit card’.when ICICI can’t manage it’s system, what can the customer do. My advice once again, don’t bank with a thief like ICICI bank.
