When you follow up first time you are told to wait for 30 working days for card delivery. After you have waited and follow up again, you are told that you cannot get the credit card because you hold a joint account. And sorry, the FD got created so you wont get that amount back into your SB account.
Ingenious way of cheating customers! Wish they used such creativity in giving more value to customers instead.
